➣ Kindly check with customer care about delivery information, time to ship, whether stock is available or not. Generally we will ship in 2-3days, however it may take 5-7working days some cases as we will prepare fresh pickles every week.
In the event, the Customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the food items, the Customer shall not be entitled to seek cancellation or refund of the billed amounts. However if there is any shortfall in delivery or the food items such as they had spilled/ or were damaged, the Customer can contact the customer support or shall send a mail to email@example.com within 24 hours of the receipt of the product. The images of the damaged or spilled product has to be sent across in the mail. Once www.rajupickles.com team satisfies on damage / spillage, a replacement of the same will be done.
In any case refund will not be done, if customer not raised concern within 24hours he received the package.
